Artichokes

Constituents for youngster artichoke recipe
1 piece of lemon
10-12 portions youngster artichokes
1 white onion (finely chopped)
3 tablespoons further virgin olive oil
1 piece of carrot (Diced into cubes)
Freshly floor salt and pepper
1 branch of recent thyme
2 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 cup hen broth

Fill a huge bowl with water and add lemon juice and blend. Soak easy recent artichokes in this water.
Warmth the olive oil in a giant saucepan and fry the chopped onion until delicate. Add the diced carrot to the cube. Roast a couple of extra minutes.
Add finely chopped garlic, salt, pepper, thyme and vinegar. Stir rapidly.
